In this free fat burning cardio program…

With this total body circuit workout you are going to do each exercise for one minute. There are 5 total exercises. Go through the circuit 5 times to give yourself an excellent 30 minute fat burning workout. Be sure to rest 1 minute between each circuit.

This can be modified to suit all fitness levels.  There are two ways to do this. First, keep everything the same but reduce the reps.  For example, do 5 jumping jacks rest a few seconds do 5 more, continue this pattern for the entire minute.

The second method is to do shorter intervals and add in a rest.  Say 10 on 20 off. As your fitness level improves decrease your rest and increase your work interval until you can do the entire 60 seconds.
