How To Do The Landmine Rainbow Exercise

The Anti Rotation Landmine Rainbow

  1. Grab the weighted end of a BB in a LM setup.
  2. Put the palms of your hands together and hold the bar between them.
  3. Keeping your arms straight drop the weight to one side, bring it back to the top then drop to the other side.

Key Points To Remember

  • This is an anti-rotation exercise. Keep the torso tight and still.
  • Using the handles makes this exercise much more difficult.
