Athletic Stance Landmine Shoulder Press

The landmine press is a great exercise for working the shoulders and the core.

There are lots of variations so it's easy to progress and get more core involvement.

Heavy Landmine Shoulder Press

As you can see in this video, the landmine press can be loaded up.

Going heavy is a great way to build shoulder size and strength while simultaneously giving the core a killer workout.

Loading the bar up with smaller diameter weights makes it easier to handle. The bigger weights tend to get in the way.

½ Kneeling Landmine Shoulder Press

Starting from the ground is your best bet.

From here you can do ½ kneeling like in the video. Tall kneeling where both knees are on the ground. Or you can do a kneeling slit stance.
