Spicy Cajun Chicken

Muscle Building Meals Cajun Style

I love a simple meal. Nothing makes cooking muscle building diet meals easier than a crock pot. A slow cooker is great for busy gym rats. All you have to do is throw the ingredients in. Then you can set it, and forget it. When you get back everything is ready. All you need to do is, serve, and enjoy.

Today I have a killer crock pot recipe for you. If you love a little heat you will really enjoy this muscle building recipe. Kielbasa and Spicy Cajun Chicken is an excellent alternative to beef. It also provides a nice change from the typical chicken and vegetable meals many bodybuilders eat.

This delicious recipe comes form Dave’s private members area. Don’t tell him I shared it with you. It’ll be our secret. Hope you enjoy.
