Fitness Doctrine Affiliate Disclaimer

I believe in full disclosure and complete transparency.

As a trusting subscriber, reader and/or customer I’ll always be completely upfront about my business and website.

In doing so I hope to earn your trust and comply with the FTC, the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, 16 CFR Part 255 – Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.

I’m disclosing earnings disclaimerthat if you buy something as a result of clicking a link located on Fitness Doctrine that I may may get a tiny affiliate commission. I don’t receive commissions on all products or services featured on the site. But I do on many of them.

When I do receive commissions, the amounts vary. What commissions I do make, I often reinvest it into the site to make improvements and buy research material for articles. Or I buy some new gym equipment.

I love sports stores.

My objective with this site is to help people like you to transform you body and life. So you can become the best you can be. With that said, this is a for-profit business. I do train people but the the income from this site does help support me and my family.

That isn’t part of the FTC regulations but I thought you may want to know.

There are a lot of different links on the site. As mentioned some are affiliate links, while others are not. It’s too difficult at this point to sift through all the links and highlight the affiliate and non affiliate. So in fairness to you, assume that any links pointing to products or services are affiliate links. From those I will receive some sort of compensation.

Your Results

It’s important to me that I outline my code of ethics when it comes to recommending or suggesting a product or service to you.

Your results from any products, services, or materials found on this site will vary. Some people do exceptionally well others see little to no results. I can’t control what you do so I can’t guarantee your results.

Though, when I recommend a product it’s because I have used the product or service personally. I’ve found that it helped me, made my life easier, or better in some way, and has helped others. I will never recommend a product that I have not personally tried, am currently using, or believe in.

Even though your results may not be like myself or others, I promise to stand behind it.

It’s my promise to you that I will only associate myself with things that I’ve purchased, use, and have experience with.  I’ll never recommend a product or service just for the sake of making a little bit of money.

As an affiliate I’m not in control of your purchases. Most places have a good customer service department. But if for some reason you are having a problem I will do my best to help and rectify any issues you may have.

With that said, it’s a good idea to do some of your own research. Please only purchase something if you…

  1. can afford it
  2. will put it to use

If you have any questions regarding anything I have mentioned. Please don’t hesitate to contact me. Just head of to the contact page and send me a message.
