With paid products, and some free materials you may have to opt in or subscribe to get access to the material. The email opt in will allow you to access the material and may include follow up correspondences. Email opt ins may may allow you to do a number of things:

• watch a video
• listen to audio
• give you access to a download page
• deliver the purchase of your product or service.

Sometimes you will receive more than one follow up email.

If you choose to contact Fitness Doctrine through email, we may store the content of your email messages along with your email address and our responses.

You always have an option to unsubscribe. You can do so at anytime. Each email will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Or you can contact me, and I will do it for you.

I would sure hate to see you go. But sometimes that is the way it has to be. There are no hard feelings if my emails aren’t the right fit for you at a particular point in time. You’re always welcome to sing up again when there is a better fit.
