Lee got started working out at the age of 12 after watching Arnold Schwarzenegger in Conan.  Blown away but Arnold’s size Lee was determined to build muscle and get big himself.

Being 12 years old Lee did the only thing he knew what to do at the time… push ups and sit ups.  He did those everyday until that Christmass day.  Lee got a York 2001 home gym machine, a York barbell and dumbbell set that Christmass. Not wasting anytime, the weights were set up and he got his first official weight training workout right away.  From that point on he was hooked on weight training.

In high school Lee got serious. He would read every bodybuilding and fitness magazine that he could get his hands on.  He would even record every bodybuilding contests on TV, watching them over and over again.  His obsession with nutrition and fitness has made him an invaluable resource for your bodybuilding questions.
