Monday Motivation
I thought I would help get your week off on the right foot with a little motivation.
I know that progress can sometime seem slow. It’s frustrating and disappointing.
I know there are days when you look in the mirror and don’t see a difference. You’ve put in a lot of work building muscle and burning belly fat, but the results don’t seem to reflect the effort.
This is especially true when there are so many ads that claim instant results. Me have muscle building authors telling us that we can gain 20lbs of muscle in 20 days. Weight loss experts telling us that we’ll lose 7lbs in 7 days.
It’s all hogwash.
Don’t let that sway you.
Keep on track. Keep on doing all the small things that have proven to work time and time again. That have been proven successful.
It doesn’t matter how big or small each step is. All that matter is the success of each step. Because…
Success builds on success.
The steps taken today are taking are taking us to where we want to be tomorrow with a body we want and are proud of.
Don’t worry about how big or small each step is.
They don’t have to be huge. We don’t have to leap over tall building with a single bound. It’s not necessary to starve fat off. It’s not necessary to kill it in the gym.
Just continue moving forward. Take little steps if needed. Thats fine…
because they all add up.
A step forward is a step in the right direction.
Remember…
a watched pot never boils. Be patient.
