The Cirque du Soleil Solution To Your Perfect Body

  • A bachelor party
  • A wedding
  • And a honeymoon.

That’s what my week in Vegas looked like.

And it was a heck of a ride!

I don’t think we could have packed in any more if we tried.

In addition to the wedding, we did all the tourist things…

  • the Strip,
  • Hoover Dam,
  • the Grand Canyon
  • and of course a Vegas show.

We decided to see Cirque du Soleil.

It was phenomenal!

The precision, concentration, coordination and discipline of these performers is absolutely incredible. Even the clowns were in perfect sync.

The time and effort needed for a show like this to come off without a hitch is staggering.



Every act was flawless. Picking a favorite is next to impossible. But, if push came to shove. I’d have to say my favourite was the twins flying through the auditorium.

With just one hand!

They held onto a strap suspended from the ceiling. This was the only support they had as they flew around doing their acrobatics.

It was so cool. They did…

  • spins
  • flips
  • and do all kinds of other cool tricks.

The coordination and strength needed to pull this off is incredible.

There’s so much going on. Just one slip could lead to disaster.

To make sure they’re ready. The twin performers lift weights and practice everyday. Something they’ve done for years.

It shows too.

Even though they’re in their 40’s they have great physiques. Lean and muscular. The perfect fitness model look.

Obviously not the results of crash dietz, miracle pills, or 30 day bootcamps.

The effortlessness of their act. The lean toned builds. It all comes from lots of dedication and hard work.

There lies the key to their success and their bodies.




Time and effort is the key. Continue to do the right things long enough and you will get results. Guaranteed.

Depending on your goal and plan… The weight will come off. You will build muscle.

It will get you your perfect body.

No need to worry. You don’t have to work as hard as Cirque du Soleil performers.

But you do need consistency. To stick to a plan everyday. Always taking tinny steps forward.
