The Seal Walk Exercise
The seal walk is really a dynamic plank.
Everything is tight, and your work on keeping a straight line from your ankles to your hips to your shoulders.
Variations Of The Walking Plank

Seal Walks - Total Ab Training
This is a great exercise for that front abdominal wall. The core works to stabilize the hips preventing them from sagging and going into extension.
In addition to the anterior core seal walks help synchronize stabilization in the entire lumbo-pelvic-hip area.
Single Leg Seal Walk
The single leg seal walk takes the walking plank to n entire new level.
Everything remains the same except for one thing...
this is done on one leg. Hold the suspended leg about 6" off the ground.
